EAP: Supplier Audit Log Run Control Created by One User Available for Other Users

Symptoms
When other user tries to create a Run Control ID created by one User, it automatically shows the Run Control parameter values available on other User ID.
The Run Control page should have appeared with Supplier information (Supplier ID, Supplier Short Name, Supplier Name, Reason Code, User Id) fields blank.
STEPS
1. Login to FSCM 9.2 Demo environment with user id VP1.
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information > General Reports > Supplier Audit Log
3. On Search Page, click on Find an existing Value to see which are already present Run controls IDs.
4. Logout and login with user id VP2.
5. Navigate to Main Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information > General Reports > Supplier Audit Log
6. On Search Page, click on Find an existing Value to see which are already present Run controls IDs.
7. Now click on Add a new value and create a Run control id which is not present in both VP1 and VP2 user ids.
8. Provide the Supplier ID USA0000001 in run control page and click on save.
9. Log out from user ID VP2.
10. Login to Demo Environment using user id VP1.
11. Navigate to Main Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information General Reports > Supplier Audit Log
12. On Search Page, click on Find an existing Value to see which are already present Run controls IDs. Here in search results it does not show run control id created in step (7 & 8) for user id VP2.
13. Now click on Add a New Value, and add same Run control ID, which is created for user ID VP2 in steps (7 & 8) and click on Add.
After clicking Add button, the run control page appears with all the run control values which were added for this run control id when created with user ID VP2.
