Symptoms

Form to CI Mapping - data type mismatch - Form Field Type and CI Property Field Type must be same

'Form Field (STANDARD PRICE) Type (CHAR)  <> CI Property (PRICE_LIST) Field Type (CHAR). (18081,11442)
The field type of the Form Field  must be the same as the field type of the CI Property being mapped to.'

Steps to replicate
--------------------------
1.  Navigate to Enterprise Components > Forms > Design a Form
2.  Go through the steps:
      Step 1 - Basic Information
      Step 2 - Instruction
      Step 3 - Form Fields
      Step 4 - Attachment Templates
      Step 5 - Publish to Menu
      Step 6 - Approval Process
3.  Activate the Form
4.  Navigate to Enterprise Components > Forms > Form to CI Mapping
      Document Category = Form
      Document Name = RATE
      Set Form RATE to Activated
5.  Form to CI Mapping

Error:
‘Form Field (RATE) Type (CHAR) <> CI Property (RT_RATE) Field Type (CHAR). (18081,11442)
The field type of the Form Field must be the same as the field type of the CI Property being mapped to’
