EBI 9.2: SYSAUDIT Report Exceptions (RELCONTENT-04) On Portal Object EPBI_HDR_APP_GRID_FL_GBL Services (Doc ID 2243517.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

After having performed the implementation of PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM 9.2 Image #22, running a SYSAUDIT Report finds Exceptions on the below SCM Billing WorkCenter Service IDs, under delivered Portal Object EPBI_HDR_APP_GRID_FL_GBL:

     - Service ID : BI_WC_CREATE_INSTALL_BILLS
     - Service ID : BI_WC_CREATE_RECURBILLS
     - Service ID : BI_WC_RETRY_EMAIL
     - Service ID : BI_WC_VIEW_PROFORMA_IMAGE

According to the Exception Found, (RELCONTENT-04) Find orphaned Service Configurations, the PeopleSoft Enterprise 8.55 PeopleTools PeopleBooks were followed, and configuration on the affected objects was reviewed in the below navigation:

     - Main Menu > PeopleTools > Portal > Related Content Service > Manage Related Content Service

Unfortunately, the Exception Message was not resolved.

REPLICATION STEPS:

     - Upgrade an environment to PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM 9.2 Image #22
     - Perform a SYSAUDIT Report
     - Find the Exceptions listed

ACTUAL RESULT:

The SYSAUDIT Report lists 4 Exceptions, and cannot be cleaned up, or addressed, This causes confusion among the Technical Team doubting of a proper implementation of Image #22.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The implementation of FSCM 9.2 Image #22 should not find any Errors, or Exceptions that cannot be resolved following document instructions, or PeopleBooks.
