Incorrect Line Number Getting Copied To PO_ITM_STG Table On Requisition Selection Page (Doc ID 2244233.1)

Issue:-When the lines are sorted on the Requisition Selection Page, the line number on the PO_ITM_STG record is getting updated incorrectly.

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1. Create a Requisition with multiple lines and different quantity.
2. Go to the requisition selection panel for sourcing(Purchasing->Purchase Orders->Stage/Source Requests->Requisition Selection).Sort the lines in descending order/or any different order and click on save
3. Verify the PO_ITM_STG record and the line number are getting calculated differently on PO_ITM_STG table.
