E-FLUID: HCM 9.2 EProfile Self-Service Personal Details - Country and State Address Values Not Valid From Modal Search (Doc ID 2244292.1)

Symptoms

Navigate to Self-Service > Personal Information > Personal Details page.  

For the State field

1.Select the State field, enter an iteration of Kentucky without spelling it correctly or fully, for instance "KY" and click the prompt.
2.The search modal opens with "No State found" > Expand the Search Criteria box and move KY from the Description field to the State field.
3.Click Search > "KY Kentucky" is returned. Click the row to accept "KY Kentucky".
4.The search modal closes acknowledging the selection, but then an error pops up, "Invalid value - Press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values..." 
5.Typing the appropriate spelling of the State will enable the acceptance of the input.

For the Country field


1.Select the Country field, enter USA and click the prompt.
2.The search modal opens with "No Country found" > Expand the Search Criteria box and move USA from the Description field to the Country field.
3.Click Search > "USA United States" is returned. Click the row to accept "USA United States".
4.The search modal closes acknowledging the selection, but then an error pops up, "Invalid value - Press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values..." 
5.Typing the appropriate spelling of the Country will enable the acceptance of the input.
