On 9.2 version, when attempting to use the courtesy copy functionality on a Bill with a contact that has a different default language code than the defined on the bill and the Customer on the Bill has a default Customer message that is supposed to display on the invoice, the BI_IVCEXT program fails because of a duplicate insert. The following error occurs:

  2. Customer has standard not for Invoice;
  3. Set courtesy copy contact on Invoice with different language code.
