E-NV: nVision Reports Contain Failed Login Page in Excel When Downloaded With IE11 (Doc ID 2244876.1)

When downloading a report from Internet Explore 11, the download window gives the option to 'Open' the Excel file rather than save.  When Excel opens it shows a PeopleSoft login screen within Excel.  The nVision output is not visible.

If saving the report instead of opening it directly from Internet Explore, or when using Firefox or Chrome, the issue does not occur.
