Customer General Information Page Does Not Have Visual Formatting On The Page In Accessibility Mode

When displaying Customer General Information page in Accessibility Mode there are no lines or boxes to group the address location and details into different sections.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Activate accessibility mode
2. Navigate to Customers > Customer Information > General Information
While opening the General Information page in Accessibility mode, there are no lines or boxes to help user identify address location and detail fields that go together.
There should be lines or boxes to break group these sections sections to help the user identify more easily the information on the page.
