E-SEC: After Upgrading and End Users Getting Authorization Error - Contact Your Security Administrator (Doc ID 2245338.1)

PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.55 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.


Upgrading PeopleTools and after upgrade Users attempting to authenticate into PIA are now receiving Authorization Error - "Contact your Security Administrator".  Users are now unable to access the upgrade database via PIA.


 Upgraded FSCM to 9.2 and PeopleTools to 8.55
