Upgrading PeopleTools and after upgrade Users attempting to authenticate into PIA are now receiving Authorization Error - "Contact your Security Administrator".  Users are now unable to access the upgrade database via PIA.


 Upgraded FSCM to 9.2 and PeopleTools to 8.55
