EPY: Outsourced Base Benefits and Benefits Administration. How to feed data to payroll? (Doc ID 2245356.1)

Goal

We plan to outsource base benefits and benefits administration to a third party vendor. We are still analyzing for a best approach to feed data to payroll for pay processing.
Based on our research, we have drilled down to the below two options:
1) Import employee benefit plan enrollment from third party vendor and update base benefit tables. OR
2) Import employee benefit plan rates to payroll deduction tables.

Do you recommend any other alternatives or have you heard from any other customer with related scenario?
