Symptoms

 After an upgrade End-Users have been granted the appropriate Permissions however users are experiencing that when they login all they see is just a blank page, the Navigator works but they have no access to the menu on the left that they are accustomed to.

Changes

 Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.55
