TAX960ST Does Not Populate Busi_Term_Ind In RE Record For NC - File Rejected From NC (Doc ID 2246050.1)

TAX960ST does not populate Busi_Term_Ind in RE record for NC - file rejected from NC and the file is being rejected from NC.

The first part of the RE line of our file is below, and the terminating business indicator should be in column 26:

We found that there is a special step in tax960st.sqr that clears out the $A.Busi_term_ind value for NC before writing the RE record. Should this step still be occurring?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process year end for current year.
2. Run the Create State W-2 File for NC - U.S. Annual Processing>W-2 Reporting>Create State W-2 File>Process Monitor

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit the electronic W-2 file to the state of NC successfully.
