ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BIPCC000 is not populating contract_line_num in the CA_BP_XREF table
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contract > Bill Plan > History > Contract tab should show contract line number after running BIPCC000.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add new bill in billing to adjustment for existing active contract and bill plan.
2. Populate contract and project info under bill header project and line project info page.
3. Populate accounting lines with project chartfields.
4. Run single action job.
5. Run BIPCC000 update contract/project data.
6. Goto Contract > Bill Plan > History > Contract tab all information is correct but contract line num is blank.

Due to this issue, users cannot see contract line number in history for bill plan.
