EPY: Unable To View Non-PDF Self Service Paychecks on DB2 z/OS (Doc ID 2246246.1)

ISSUE:
Ever since applying tax update 16-D, the Payroll group is no longer able to view non-pdf self service paychecks for employees. Navigate to Main Menu > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Self Service Paycheck.  The list of available self service paychecks is shown. When the Payroll group selects a non-pdf paycheck, the next page displays showing only the employee name. When the return to search button is selected, the search page displays and after the record is selected, a SQL error is thrown. Also, an employee can view their own non-pdf self service paycheck but the Payroll group can no longer view non-pdf self service paychecks for other employees.
