Symptoms
On : 8.55 version, Updates and Fixes
When upgrade the Tools from 8.55.09 to 8.55.14, received the following message:
PS_CFG_HOME/peopletools.properties file has been updated.
You should use the Config Home Refresh feature in PSAdmin
to ensure that all of your domains are current.
Alternatively, you may recreate all of your domains.
Please press any key to continue...
When using Refresh Config Home, received many errors like the ones below:

Copy /u01/app/psoft/pt855/pt85514/appserv/psappsrv.ubx to /u01/app/psoft/cfg/findmo2/appserv/FINDMO2/psappsrv.ubx failed!
cp: /u01/app/psoft/pt855/pt85514/appserv/psasunix.val: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
Copy /u01/app/psoft/pt855/pt85514/appserv/psasunix.val to /u01/app/psoft/cfg/findmo2/appserv/FINDMO2/psappsrv.val failed!
cp: /u01/app/psoft/pt855/pt85514/appserv/psappsrv.psx: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

1. Upgrade the Tools from 8.55.09 to 8.55.14 and use PSAdmin
