E-SES: Global Search Result List on 8.54.30 Contains Same Result from Multiple Portal URL'S (Doc ID 2246363.1)

Symptoms

Perform a search from the Global Search Bar, the results returned are from different PORTAL URLs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Results returned point to the same URL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Type a keyword (eg. 'process') in the Global Search Bar
2. Notice the results returned show multiple results for the keyword, but the URL is pointing at different PORTALs on which the employee might not have access.

Results should point only at the PORTAL on which the user is logged in, such as EMPLOYEE.
