Unique Constraint Error on PS_HR_PER502_LOG_D when Running ID Delete Process

The ID Delete process returns the Unique Constraint Error on PS_HR_PER502_LOG_D shown below when employee has more than one JPM profiles.
Stmt #: 1703 Error Position: 0 Return: 805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_HR_PER502_LOG_D) violated
Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PS_HR_PER502_LOG_D (PROCESSINSTANCE ,SEQ_NUM ,RECORDNAME ,FIELDNAME) VALUES ( 2426368 , 1 , 'JPM_JP_ITEMS' , 'JPM_PROFILE_ID' )
Process 2426368 ABENDED at Step HR_PER502.3Delete3.Step01B (SQL) -- RC = 805 (108,524)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Main Menu > Set Up HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > ID Delete
2. Run Process for Employee that has two or more Person Profiles
3. Note that the above error is received
