Search Box For Supplier Is Not Available In Supplier Prompt In View History Page (Doc ID 2246936.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Supplier/User Maintenance

Navigate to Suppliers > Supplier Registration > View History
Select Request Type = Register New User Accounts
Click on Supplier ID Prompt (Search Box is not available hence users are unable to search for individual supplier user accounts).
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Request Type = Register New Bidders
2. Click on Supplier ID Prompt (Search Box is available)
3. Select Request Type = Register New Suppliers
4. Click on Supplier ID Prompt (Search Box is available)
5. Select Request Type = Register New User Accounts
6. Click on Supplier ID Prompt (Search Box is not available hence users are unable to search for individual supplier user accounts).
