As a part of Digital transformation initiative, HMRC has agreed that employers will be able to provide leavers with an electronic P45 to ease the process and to promotes go green initiative. Employers must give Form P45 Parts 1A, 2 and 3 to every employee on the last
day of their employment, or as soon as possible, in order to abridge the existing process and to avoid dependency, we propose to enable through Self Service and send via Email Mode.
