Error on Course History Page if Courses Exist in Shopping Cart (Doc ID 2247587.1)

If a student has classes in the Shopping Cart, the Course History page accessed by clicking on the Academic Records tile in the Fluid Student Homepage gives an error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to self service as a student and navigate to Main Menu >Self Service > Enrollment > Add Classes and add a class to the shopping cart.
2. Go to the home page and click on Academic Records. Navigate to Course History.
3. Error will appear.
