E-PIA: Trace SQL Checkbox Stays Enabled Even After Unchecking It and Saving. (Doc ID 2247790.1)

Symptoms

In Peopletools -> Utilities-> Debug-> Trace SQL, the Trace SQL Statement checkbox stays on(value set to 1) even after unchecking it and then saving.  The box is still checked and the value remains 1 when user goes back to debug menu.

PeopleTools: 8.55.07
Linux/RHEL 6

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Peopletools > Utilities, under Debug section,
2. Uncheck the Trace SQL Statement (1) and Save
3. Return to the Peopletools > Utilities, under Debug >> box shows checked
