In Peopletools -> Utilities-> Debug-> Trace SQL, the Trace SQL Statement checkbox stays on(value set to 1) even after unchecking it and then saving. The box is still checked and the value remains 1 when user goes back to debug menu.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Peopletools > Utilities, under Debug section,
2. Uncheck the Trace SQL Statement (1) and Save
3. Return to the Peopletools > Utilities, under Debug >> box shows checked
