Symptoms
When attempting to Save for Later the deleted Pushed Back ( PB) rows,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

This can be replicated in the following steps:
- Push Back the rows in Need Approval Status
- Time is in PB Status
- Delete the PB rows
- Save for Labor or Submit would trigger an error.
Due to this issue, users cannot process PUSHBACKs.
