When attempting to make some changes to a procurement contract,  the following error occurs.

The issues can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup: Enable Contract Version Control.

1. Locate a procurement contract.  Create a staged release from the procurement contract. Release one line.

2. Locate the purchase order that was created from the auto_sourced staged release in the previous steps.
Reduce the Purchase Order amount down to $50 from $99.
3.  Line Item Released Amount and Contract Remaining Amount will update with the new purchase order amount.

4.  Create a new contract version, change the Maximum Amount less than the Staged Release amount, but more than the Purchase Order.
Error message received, indicating that the new Contract Max amount is less than the staged release, even though it is still greater than the Purchase Order amount.
