SEVIS Employer End Date is Being Reported Incorrectly in XML When Value is Blank (Doc ID 2249033.1)

For SEVIS, the Employer End Date (not required) is being reported incorrectly when the value is left blank on the Employment Authorizations page. The value is incorrectly being populated from the End Date under Employment Details (higher on the page).

The Employer End Date is left blank and XML is not populated by another date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Campus Community > SEVIS > Employment Authorization (Page: SEV_EMPL_AUTH).
2. In Employer Details section, enter Employer Start Date, but do not enter value for Employer End Date (SEV_EMPL_ADDR.END_DATE).
3. Run Alerts process by navigating to Campus Community > SEVIS > F/M Alerts > Process SEVIS Alerts - F/M (SQR Report: CCSEVCMP).
4. Review SEVIS Alerts process data by going to F/M Alerts > Select Alerts to Report - F/M > Alerts Header.
5. Run the Export SEVIS Events - F/M process.
6. Once data is exported successfully, run the import process by going to SEVIS Import > Import Process to import the acknowledgement file an results file.
7. Review the transaction log results file at SEVIS Import > Import Results > Download Results.
