EOPC/FLUID UI: Fluid Approvals Count Not Appearing In Approvals Tile (Doc ID 2249072.1)

On : PT 8.55.10, FSCM 9.2 Pi 021, Fluid Approval for Voucher Approval

When Employee Self Service Homepage is selected, and the Fluid Approvals Tile is presented, there is no Count of the Approvals on the Tile.

Expectation is that the count of the number of Approvals user has pending will show up in the Approval Tile

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement change package taking 'All Updates Not Installed' from FSCM 9.2 Pi 021.
2. Submit Voucher for Approval.
3. Log in as Approver.
4. From default Homepage, select the Employee Self Service Homepage.
5. Observe The Approval Tile has no count on the Tile
