E-PORTAL: Activity Guide Gives Invalid Popup Error Message When Logging Into Direct (Deep) Link (Doc ID 2249734.1)

HCM 9.2 PT 8.55 Activity Guide Invalid popup error message appears when logging into direct link

When using the URL for a fluid navigation collection to log into the PIA, instead of using the default landing page, a error message box pops up. This only occurs when attempting to log directly into the fluid collection.


ERROR

"Activity Guide Template Id is invalid. Please check the template id or contact your Portal Administrator."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into HCM using the PS userid and click on the Benefits Administrator tile on the Workforce Administrator homepage
2. Copy the URL into notepad
3. Sign out of Peoplesoft, and paste the URL above into the browser
4. Log back in as PS
5. Observe the error
