EPY: Direct Deposit Notification Templates HPY_EE_US_SUBMIT AND HPY_ADMIN_SUBMIT Using Incorrect Sender Value (Doc ID 2250012.1)

Symptoms

Notification Template using incorrect Sender value

On Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Approvals > Generic Templates, I'm setting the Sender of templates HPY_EE_US_SUBMIT and HPY_ADMIN_SUBMIT to Other and entering the Payroll department's email address. However, when I make a change on Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Request Direct Deposit, the Sender in the emails are as follows:
- The email sent to the administrator (HPY_ADMIN_SUBMIT) shows the Sender as the user submitting the admin form
- The email sent to the employee (HPY_EE_US_SUBMIT) shows the Sender as the employee

Subsequent testing shows these same senders no matter what Sender is selected on the Generic Templates page.
