When attempting to click on Item tab under Collection Workbanch,
the following error occurs.

A PeopleCode variable contains an object referring to a row, record , or field that no longer exists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Collection Workbench
2. Enter setid, unit and customer and hit Search;
