EAR9.2:Error While Updating The CUSTOMER_TYPE Field Translate Value (Doc ID 2250261.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Security

When attempting to modify the translate value for CUSTOMER_TYPE,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You are not authorized to access the definition CUSTOMER_TYPE. (12,2) ",
"You are not authorized to access the specified definition.Contact your Security Administrator for access to the specified definition.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to :- Main Menu > PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Translate Values.
  2. Locate the Field Name CUSTOMER_TYPE and click on search.
  3. Check the error.
