Company - Relationships tab, Add New Manager is NOT working properly

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Newly added manager is not shown under the company selected from Relationship tab

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open existing company using Main Menu > Customers CRM > Search Company
2. Open Relationships tab and select 'Company Hierarchy' from Relationship View dropdown of Left Pane.
3. Click on 'Add New Manager' hyperlink and provide necessary details.
4. Save these details. Save the company.
5. Now on Relationships tab, newly added manager is NOT visible under Relationship Tree for Left Pane.
