EEX 9.2: RS_MEMBER_DATES.END_DATE Not Resetting to Null, when Updating Termination Records of an Employee Before His Termination (Doc ID 2251141.1)

Symptoms

RS_MEMBER_DATES.END_DATE NOT RESETTING to null when updating termination records of an employee before his termination

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure the integration is setup properly between HCM and FSCM environment
2. Terminate an employee in HCM.
-- Check the data in FSCM environment.
3. As employee wants to stay in the company BEFORE his termination, now update the termination record from Job Information of employee.
-- Check the data in FSCM environment.

Actual Result:

After Step2: When a Employee is Terminated in the System with the terminated row is updated in the Job Data in the HCM System then the pool End Date in the RS_MEMBER_DATES is getting updated with the Eff Date -1 of the Job Data


After Step3: If the Employee Termination row is updated then the pool End Date in the RS_MEMBER_DATES is not getting deleted.

Expected Result:

If the Employee Termination row is updated then the End Date in the RS_MEMBER_DATES should be reset to blank/null.
