The approval status icon in Requisition Inquiry causes an error when clicked on. 

An error occurred while attempting to display the selected transaction. Please contact administrator

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.Assign epro Admin role to UserA
2.Enable 'Full Auth for Requesters?' for USERID - UserA
3.Log in as UserB > Eprocurement >Requisition > Save and Submit
4.Workflow triggered to UserC and UserD
5.Now log in as UserA
6.Go to Manage Requisition > Search for Req ID
7.Click on Approvals
8.Able to see approval status and Approval map
9.Go to to Purchasing > Requisitions > Review Requisition Information > Requisitions > Search for req ID
10.Click on Approval status icon
11.Error message appears
