EAR9.2: Items With Due Date Greater Than Grace Due Date Can Not Be Printed (Doc ID 2251960.1)

On : 9.2 version, Direct Debit

If you select items with a due date greater than Grace Due Date, they are not going to be printed, but they are going to be set with an EFT Instance, and they will never be printed.

All the items with due date should be printed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. One item with due date set to future date 19/12/2016
  2. Run one create direct debits with a Max Due Date set to 31/12/2016, greater than due date of the item.
  3. Create EFT File
  4. Only items with due dt less than Grace Due Date are print
  5. All groups are update in table dd_control, and the field EFT_INSTANCE have the value of the process instance, this means that group with due date greater than Grace Due Date never will be printed.
