The Time and Labor Dashboard's Absence Request Pagelet is throwing an error while loading.

SQL.Fetch: 42 items in parameter list, but SQL has 40. (2,293) TL_COMMON.EmployeeList.GetEmployees.OnExecute Name:BuildOnPageRowset PCPC:6851 Statement:148

The wrong number of parameters were supplied to the Fetch method of an SQL object.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application as RCHANNING or PS
2. Main Menu - Manager Self Service - Time Management - Time and Labor Dashboard
3. Add Absence Request pagelet if it's not in your view.
4. Error will show up when loading the pagelet.
