HR_I9_VERIFY Process Does Not Work For The New Document Title Values

On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information

When attempting to Submit the I-9 Form, the following error messages occurs.

1. Role I-9 Administrator has no members. (52,7)
2. Error when attempting to trigger Business process/ Event HR_I9_PROCESS/ Submit (67,2)
3. TriggerBusinessEvent failed for HR_I9_PROCESS-Submit I9. (2,302) HR_I9_EE.GBL Workflow PCP: 1511 Statement:8

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Main menu > Self Sevice > Personal Information > Personal Details > Form I-9
2. Enter I-9 Information
