Symptoms
CPF calculated wrongly for employee whose last day was end of the year and have some payment on January of the following year.
Employee last day was 31-Dec-2015, his last payroll was Jan 2016 OR whenever you have a retro termination to previous year. CPF calculated wrongly. Included all the CPF ADD for previous year.
STEPS:
----------------------
1. TER on 31-Dec-2015 after DEC 2015 has been finalized
2. RUN January payroll and put some Additional Wage
3. Verify CPF elements
