PO_REQRCON Process Fails - Unable To Extend Temp Space - 224 GB Temp Space Allocated (Doc ID 2252568.1)

Symptoms

We are running PO_REQRCON process and the process is failing because there is not enough temp space. 224 GB temp space has been allocated (7 temp files of 32 GB each) and the process still fails.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the PO_REQRCON process for one Business unit for 4586 requisitions
2. Process abended with following error
