508 Accessability Compliance - Unable To Edit Emergency Address Information (Doc ID 2252736.1)

On : 508 Compliance HCM 9.2 Employee Self Service, Emergency Contact

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No Way to update the address on the Employee Emergency Contact for Addresses

When an Employee in Accessibility Mode and goes to Update an Address on the Emergency Contact Address page there is no Edit Pencil or Active Link.  A user can see that there isn't a '>' Icon on the Row, and there is no Link to click, even a hidden link, so the address is un-editable, For an ADA person they Would not even Know what to do at the Screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should either be an Edit Pencil (for Updates) and/or the Address itself Should have an Active Link that can be clicked so it can be Updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In accessibility Mode, Navigate to Employee Self Service
2. Select Personal Information
3. Select Addresses
4. Select Emergency Contact
5. Note the page, no Edit Pencil and the Address itself is not active
