Accessibility Issue With ESS Emergency Contact Page for Mobile link (Doc ID 2252739.1)

Symptoms

On : HR 9.2 Employee Self Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Emergency contact for 508 Compliance Phone Number Section, Item Mobile, there is no way a ADA users will know that the Mobile is a link they can use to make changes to the Mobile number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Provide a way for users to know that the link can be used to add information. As per Accessibility standards needs to be addressed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. In accessibility mode navigate to Employee Self Service > Personal Details
2. Select Emergency Contact
3. Click on the Edit Pencil
4. Note there is a field called Mobile, however it is a Link but an ADA user would not be able to Tell if the link is active when trying to update the mobile phone number.
