Symptoms

ERROR
-----------------------
On an Action of RFD (Return from Disability) or REC (Recall from Suspension/Layoff) the Expected Return Date field is not being cleared


The issue can be reproduced at with the following steps:
Issue 1: Action REC
--------------------------
1. Main Menu -> Workforce Administration -> Job Information -> Job Data
2. Select an employee (or put an employee) with a suspended payroll status. This can be either with an Action of "Suspension" or an Action of "Layoff"
3. Check that the suspension or layoff row includes a date in "Expected Return Date" field else enter the date value of your own and save.
4. Add a new effective dated row with an Action of "Recall from Suspension/Layoff"
5. "Expected Return Date" field still appears.

Issue 2: Action RFD
--------------------------
1. Main Menu -> Workforce Administration -> Job Information -> Job Data
2. Select an employee (or put an employee) with a disability status. This can be either with an Action of Long Term Disability or an Action of Long Term Disability with Pay. Check that the disability row includes a date in ‘Expected Return Date’ field else enter the date value of your own and save.
3. Check that the disability row includes a date in "Expected Return Date" field else enter the date value of your own and save.
4. Add a new effective dated row with an Action of "Return from Disability".
5. "Expected Return Date" field still appears.
