Invoke HR Notepad API not Displaying Emp Record Value (Doc ID 2253040.1)

Symptoms

The Invoke HR Notepad API doesn't show the employee record values in prompt and doesn't allow to proceed further.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM >Common Definitions>Text Catalog and Notepad>Invoke HR Notepad API
2. Select Owner ID 'Human Resource'
3. Sub-Id as 'JOB'
4. Provide any Employee ID value (Ex: 'KU0003' )
5. Empl Record is not available in the Look Up of Empl Rcd Nbr
