The Invoke HR Notepad API doesn't show the employee record values in prompt and doesn't allow to proceed further.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM >Common Definitions>Text Catalog and Notepad>Invoke HR Notepad API
2. Select Owner ID 'Human Resource'
3. Sub-Id as 'JOB'
4. Provide and Employee ID value (Ex: 'KU0003' )
5. Empl Record is not available in the Look Up of Empl Rcd Nbr
