ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee Self Service - Address Page - Accessibility issue with field label

Our accessibility audit revealed that when logged into peoplesoft demo in accessibility mode, if you navigate to Employee Self Service > Personal Information > Addresses, and then you choose an address to edit, or to add a new one....in the example of adding/modifying an address in the country of Brazil -> The City field label is correctly showing 'Town' based on the field label setup table, but the screen reader announces 'City'. The screen reader should announce 'Town' and reflect the label, not the field name. Please see attached screen prints.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The screen reader should announce the correct field name, instead of the Label Name City instead of Town

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sign in using Accessibility Mode
2. Navigate to Self Service > Personal Data > Personal Details > Address
3. Click on Address to update or change the information
3. Note the Screen Reader announces City instead of Town; example of adding/modifying an address in the country of Brazil -> The City field label is correctly showing 'Town' based on the field label setup table, but the screen reader announces 'City'. The screen reader should announce 'Town' and reflect the label, not the field name
