Getting unique constraint error while running auto sourcing process for Service Procurement Work Orders having Contract information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new contract and Populate required fields for contract categories.
2. Create a new sPro resource based req, Save and submit the req.
3. Create a second req that is deliverable based, Add 3 lines to the req.
4. After adding the 3 line go to the checkout page.
5. Page hangs and user is kicked out. Unable to create a multi line sPro requisition.
