Updating Category ID of an Item Using PV_CP_LOAD Process does Not Update Account Correctly (Doc ID 2253800.1)

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1) Added new items to an existing catalog using category id 12345.
2) Category and default account copied correctly to the primary item record.
3) Upload file created to update the item category.
4)During the Approve Proposed Category and Catalog Offerings step, the Category change was available for approving.
5) After the CP_LOAD process was complete, the category change was made on the item primary record but the item's default account did not reflect the new category's default account.
6)The new category's default account is A not B.
