Symptoms
Overlapping fields are seen in CS 9.2.004 with IE
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Center > Finances page
a. The Tuition Group link overlaps the tuition group description
b. The Last Refunded amount field and the currency code field are overlapping
