E-CRM: Site Name Field In Customer Information Becomes Blank On A Service Order (Doc ID 2254000.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Service Order for a Site, if the Anonymous Caller checkbox is selected in the Service Order page, the Site Name field becomes blank in Customer Information section of the Service Order tab.

REPLICATION STEPS

1) Login as VP1/VP1, then navigate to Field Service > Add Service Order, select BU = EGNBU then click on "Add Service Order" button;

2) Click on Site Name lookup icon and choose the first result ("Lakeside View Restaurant - 1"): the Service Order page contains the following information:

Customer field = "Lakeside View Restaurant"
"Site Name" field = "Lakeside View Restaurant - 1"
Address = two values, an empty value and an Address value ("2315 Clement Street San Francisco").

3) Click on "Anonymous Called" checkbox: the Service Order page contains the following information:

Customer field = "Anonymous User"
"Site Name" field = "" => empty
Address = "2315 Clement Street San Francisco".

4) Click on Service ID lookup icon and choose the first value. Click Save. The Service Order is generated without a Site Name, although the Address is still visible.
