Steps to Replicate Issue: 

1. Set up calendar integration as documented.
2. Log in as Administrator and create a course with Special Characters such as period "." or forward slash "/" or backwards slash "\" in the Course Short and Long Description
3. Administrator enroll Learners in the class or Learners log in and enroll in the class
4. Administrator runs the Enrollment Notification process (AE LM_NOTIFY) and process ends with status "No Success" with an error message in log file.
