Job Postings Not Visible In Career Page For Other Than English Languages

Symptoms
After crawling with All Languages and deploying the Job Posting search index ,internal and external applicants are unable to see the job postings for other than English languages in Elastic Search.
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Navigate to Recruiting->Search job openings.Create new job openings for other than English language like Spanish.
2.Go to Peopletools->Search Framework->Administration->Schedule Search Index.Build the full index HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING process with All language
3.Navigate to Self Service > Recruiting > Careers.No results found.
