Symptoms
Getting below error when trying to manually run SRPCAAPR Academic Advisement Report Generation to process 55K students.
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 8 with name "_SYSSMU8_1001157730$" too small
Our DBA increased UNDO tablespace from 24GB to 28GB and UNDO_RETENTION from 900 to 1800, and still couldn't fix the issue.
We tried to narrow down the population during the first step of the process SAA_RPT_RQST (App Engine), but the run control page of SRPCAAPR is picking up the population by the report date, not date/time. Therefore it won't help resolve the issue.
