Electronic Payment Sending Shared Secret Prompt When Not Configured (Doc ID 2254588.1)

When testing electronic check transactions (ECheck) with our Payment Merchant, they are receiving the "shared secret prompt" for an ACH payment.  The option to send the shared secret is not turned on in the SF Merchant Setup. Why is the transaction asking for a PIN when testing an ACH payment?
